The professional competence of nursing students is a key factor affecting their core competitiveness in job positions.Whether it is the social development needs under the guidance of the Healthy China strategy or the construction needs of higher vocational nursing colleges,it is necessary to further enhance the professional compe-tence of nursing students.In order to enhance the professional competence of nursing students,according to the nursing talent training plan,a dual subject collaborative education platform between schools and communities is constructed.The improvement of nursing professional competence is integrated into all aspects of the first,sec-ond,and third classrooms,to assist in the cultivation of theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and professional ideals and beliefs of nursing students.The internalization and externalization of nursing professional competence are carried out,enhancing the core competitiveness of nursing positions,ultimately,enhancing the professional identity,value,and sense of achievement of nursing students.
