In recent years,the childcare service industry in China has developed rapidly,with private childcare institutions being the main market players and practitioners lacking medical background.The"medicine-care in-tegration"model can compensate for this weakness by leveraging the strong medical professional background of medical institutions,but it cannot solve the problem from the source.The issue of cultivating professionals in childcare institutions cannot be separated from education,but currently there is little experience in combining medical care,education,and childcare institutions.In this context,how to integrate the three has important refer-ence significance.This article will take Liuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital as an example to share the construction and exploration experience of a"medicine-education-care integration"model.
