Based on the Competency Evaluation Standards for Pharmacists and Pharmacy Care released by the China Pharmacists Association,combined with the professional pharmacists and pharmacy care business stan-dards released by industry leading enterprises,and after fully researching the work content of pharmacists and chronic disease management positions,the evaluation elements for the position competency of graduates at the higher vocational level of pharmacy are determined.With this as the main line,a supporting talent training system and implementation plan are designed,effectively realizing the construction of a pharmaceutical care talent train-ing curriculum system and teacher team improvement path based on position competency.This article summarizes the achievements and experiences obtained during the exploration process,providing reference for the theoretical research and practice of cultivating pharmaceutical care-oriented talents in pharmaceutical majors at the higher vocational level.
