The new liberal arts construction is a timely response to the new era and the new changes,which points out the future direction of boosting the high-quality development of liberal arts education and innovating the tal-ent training of higher education.As an important component of the new liberal arts,the financial subject is facing development mission of a new era and new severe challenges.This paper analyzes the new requirements for the training of financial talents in our country under the background of the new liberal arts,and probes into the exist-ing problems and deficiencies in the training of financial talents in universities.On this basis,this paper explores the path of training financial interdisciplinary talents from the aspects of course construction,foreign exchange,teaching staff and practical teaching.
