Research and Practice on the Training of Agriculture-related Innovative and Practical Talents in Eco-nomics and Management from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization:Taking an Agricultural University in Nanjing as an Example
The rural revitalization strategy is the overall focus of the work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.Talent is the first resource for rural revitalization,and the cultivation of innovative and practical talents is a powerful guarantee for realizing the rural revitalization strategy.Taking the economics and management majors of an agricultural university in Nanjing as an example,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy to the cultivation of innovative and practical talents in economics and management,and explores the concept and practical path of cultivating in-novative and practical talents in economics and management in agricultural universities from the perspective of ru-ral revitalization,in order to further promote the development of education and teaching reform.
