摘要
一流本科教育是高等教育的立命之本、发展之本,课程建设则是培养一流人才的基石."管理学原理"作为经管类专业的必修课程,其教学改革成效对于培养一流人才意义重大.为此该文针对铜仁学院"管理学原理"课程教学基本情况、存在问题及其原因进行梳理,从教学目标、教学任务、教学内容、教学评价、教学方式五个方面回答了一流本科教育背景下教什么、怎么教,并有针对性地提出促进课程教学改革的路径.这不仅为铜仁学院一流本科教育建设注入新的发展力量,也为其他地方应用型本科院校"管理学原理"的教学改革带来启示.
Abstract
First-class undergraduate education is the foundation of higher education as well as its development,and curriculum construction is the cornerstone of cultivating first-class talents.Principles of Management,as a compulsory course for economics and management majors,the effectiveness of its teaching reform is of great sig-nificance to the cultivation of first-class talents.For this reason,Tongren university has sorted out the basic situa-tion of teaching Principles of Management,existing problems and their reasons,and answered what and how to teach in the context of first-class undergraduate education in five aspects,such as teaching objectives,teaching tasks,teaching content,teaching evaluation,teaching methods,etc.,and put forward the path to promote the teach-ing reform of the course.This not only injects new development power for the construction of first-class under-graduate education in Tongren university,but also brings inspiration for the teaching reform of Principles of Man-agement in other local applied undergraduate colleges and universities.
