The continuous innovation of educational concepts and the rapid development of the Internet era have made flipped classroom,one of the innovative teaching models,widely used and highly praised in the field of edu-cation,and it has become an important form of teaching currently.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the ap-plication value of flipped classroom and explore the problems it faces in higher vocational English classes,such as insufficient initiative of students,insufficient training of students'ability,and poor self-discipline of students.On this basis,the implementation process and construction of the flipped classroom model are further discussed,and an application strategy for reconstructing the flipped classroom model combined with the SECI model is proposed.This study aims to explore a new teaching model,stimulating students'passion for learning,and mobilizing their internal driving force,so as to improve the quality and effectiveness of teaching and meet students'development needs.
