摘要

定向公培生特指为乡村小学定向培养的本科学历的公费师范生.高等师范院校培养的本科学历小学教师,不只是学历水平的提高,更主要的是要在质量方面能真正满足当地社会发展、教育发展和教师发展的要求.要提高小学教育专业人才培养质量,就目前而言,亟须在原有教育实习的基础上,进一步优化教育实践课程.该文结合海南师范大学的探索实践,在构建教育实践课程体系、健全教育实践课程的运行机制、完善教育实践课程内容等方面进行阐析,以便更好地指导我国小学教育本科专业的培养实践.

Abstract

Public-funded normal university students specifically refer to students with bachelor's degrees trained for rural primary schools.To train primary school teachers under this pattern means not only the improvement of academic level,but more importantly,they must be able to truly meet the requirements of local social develop-ment,educational development and teacher development in terms of quality.In order to improve the talent train-ing quality of the primary education major,at present,it is urgent to further optimize educational practice curricu-lum based on the original educational practice.Combining the exploration and practice of Hainan Normal Univer-sity,this paper analyzes aspects such as building an educational practice curriculum system,improving the operat-ing mechanism of educational practice curriculum,and improving the content of educational practice curriculum,in order to better guide the training practice of the undergraduate major of primary education in China.
