摘要
建构合理科学的人才培养质量保障体系是应用型人才培养的核心环节.以应用型高校为背景,该文系统阐述了高校人才培养质量保障体系建设的现状和必要性,针对高校人才培养质量标准体系、质量管理监测体系和质量评价体系存在的问题,在总结经验和不足的同时,提出了相应的完善策略,建构了以质量标准为引领,检测、调控、评估环环相扣的人才培养质量保障体系,对应用型专业技术人才培养质量的提升具有战略意义.
Abstract
Building a logical and scientific quality assurance system for talent training is the central part of foster-ing applied talents.With application-oriented colleges and universities as the background,the status quo and ne-cessity of the formation of a quality guarantee system for talent training for institution of higher learning are roundly expounded,and the issue of quality criterion system,quality management and monitoring system and quality evaluation system in colleges and universities are addressed.It is of strategic significance to the improve-ment of the quality of training of applied professional and technical talents.
