摘要
以学术型联合培养基地的实践为例,通过校院合作,构建基地管理运行模式和双向互补的"双导师"制,协同做好研究生培养、学科建设和科技创新,实现联合培养基地的共建、共享、共进,为研究生实践能力培养和综合素质提升提供了有效支撑.
Abstract
Taking the practice of the academic joint training base as an example,through the cooperation of the university and the college,the management and operation mode of the base and the two-way complementary"double tutor"system are constructed to coordinate graduate training,discipline construction and scientific and technological innovation,so as to realize the co-construction,sharing and co-progress of the joint training base,which provides effective support for the training of practical ability and the improvement of comprehensive quality of graduate students.
