现代制造业高地建设背景下产业学院建设路径研究

摘要
现代制造业高地建设是国家大力发展制造业、践行制造强国的重要举措.该研究以中联重科产业学院为载体,结合本地特色优势产业工程机械,在分析高地建设对产业学院需求的基础上,构建了以人才培养质量为核心的"专业—课程—实践"改革育人体系,从产业学院自身建设和对外协作两个维度探索产业学院建设路径和策略.在建设过程中,强调着重培养学生的职业能力和创新意识,以推动工程机械产业人才培养、科技创新和产业服务为目标,并在迭代优化中向现代产业学院目标迈进,为解决产教脱节问题和服务地方产业发展提供参考样例.
Abstract
The construction of a modern manufacturing highland is an important measure for the country to vigor-ously develop the manufacturing industry and practice becoming a manufacturing powerhouse.Taking Zoomlion Industrial College as the research carrier,combined with the local characteristic advantages of the engineering ma-chinery industry,and based on the analysis of the demand for industrial colleges in the construction of highlands,this study constructs an educational system with talent training quality as the core and integrated reform of majors,courses,and practices,and explores the path and strategy of industrial college construction from two dimensions:the construction of the industrial college itself and external cooperation.During the construction process,the culti-vation of professional abilities and innovative consciousness is emphasized,with the goal of promoting the cultiva-tion of engineering machinery talents,technological innovation,and industrial services.Through iterative optimi-zation,efforts are made to move towards the goal of modern industrial colleges.It also provides reference examples for solving the disconnection between industry and education and serving the development of local industries.
