摘要
随着时代的发展,高校思想政治教育展现出新的时代特征,如更加注重学生主体性、互动性和实践性,其主要功能包括价值引领、知识传授、能力培养和行为规范.然而,高校在优化思想政治教育的过程中面临诸多挑战,包括教育主体素质不足、学生缺乏兴趣、教育介体陈旧、教育环境复杂等.针对这些问题,该文提出了优化实施路径,包括拓展教育主体性、疏导学生需求、创新教育介体和正确处理教育环境的利弊,旨在构建一个更加高效、互动性更强和更符合时代要求的高校思想政治教育体系,以更好地服务学生发展和社会进步.
Abstract
With the development of the times,the ideological and political education in colleges and universities shows the new characteristics of the times,such as paying more attention to students'subjectivity,interactivity and practicality.Its main functions include value guidance,knowledge transmission,ability cultivation and code of conduct.However,in the process of optimizing ideological and political education,colleges and universities are faced with many challenges,including the lack of quality of educational subjects,the lack of interest of students,the aging of educational institutions and the complexity of educational environment.In view of these problems,the paper proposes optimizing the implementation path,including expanding the subjectivity of education,guiding students'needs,innovating educational institutions and correctly dealing with the advantages and disadvantages of educational environment.Through these strategies,the aim is to build a more efficient and interactive ideologi-cal and political education system in colleges and universities in line with the requirements of the times,so as to better serve the development of students and social progress.
