卓越工程师培养模式下基因工程实践课教学改革探索

摘要
"卓越工程师教育培养计划"是培养工程实践人才的重大改革计划.该文借鉴CDIO工程理念,结合卓越工程师的培养要求,对基因工程实践课程进行教学改革.通过调整教学目标,建立基因工程课程基础实验—三级项目实验—实践基地教育"三层次"实践教学模式,优化实践教学评价指标,并分析了近两年的教学效果,初步探讨了地方本科院校在教学资源和平台不具优势的情况下,如何结合自身和地方特色进行课程改革,以期提高学生的工程意识、工程素质和工程实践能力,培育出现代生物技术人才.
Abstract
The"Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program"is a major reform plan for cultivating engi-neering practice talents.The authors used the CDIO engineering concept and combined the training requirements of excellent engineers to reform the teaching of genetic engineering practice courses.By adjusting the teaching ob-jectives,establishing a"three-level"practical teaching mode combining the basic experiment of genetic engineer-ing course—level 3 project experiment—practice base education,and optimizing the evaluation indicators of prac-tical teaching,and analyzing the teaching effect in the past two years,we preliminary discussed how local under-graduate universities carry out curriculum reform in combination with their own and local characteristics,improve students'engineering awareness,engineering quality and engineering practice ability,and cultivate modern bio-technology talents without advantages in teaching resources and platforms.
