产学研视角下电信专业新工科人才培养模式改革与创新研究

摘要
该研究以产学研合作为视角,充分发挥自身优势,为地方经济服务.该文通过分析电子信息专业人才培养面临的挑战,提出了改革与创新策略,以实现新工科人才培养模式的发展.这一策略以能力培养为核心,构建以提升实践能力为引领的人才培养流程,采用CDIO创新与工程实践教学改革,实现教学与产业的全流程对接.同时,注重学生的主体地位,扩大学生的学习自主权,以符合地方经济特点的电子信息专业为特色,构建新工科人才培养模式.
Abstract
This study takes industry-university-research cooperation as the perspective to give full play to its own advantages and serve the local economy.By analyzing the challenges faced by the training of electronic informa-tion majors,a strategy of reform and innovation is proposed to achieve the development of the training mode of new engineering talents.Taking ability training as the core,this strategy builds a talent training process led by im-proving practical abilities,and adopts CDIO innovation and engineering practice teaching reform to achieve the full-process connection between teaching and industry.At the same time,we pay attention to the dominant posi-tion of students,expand their learning autonomy,and build a new engineering talent training mode featuring elec-tronic information majors in line with local economic characteristics.
