摘要
临床医师规范化培训制度的建立对医学生继续深造、求职就业都带来深刻的影响.该文以临床医学类专业本科学生为基础,分析临床医师规培训制度下医学生职业生涯规划存在的问题,并提出不同的职业生涯规划路径,着重分析医学生三大类9种主要职业路径选择.在此基础上,结合职业生涯规划理论、医教协同改革、临床医师规培制度和"两个同等对待"等政策,提出做好医学生职业生涯规划的对策与建议.
Abstract
The establishment of a standardized training system for clinicians has had a profound impact on medi-cal students'further study and job hunting.Based on the undergraduates of clinical medicine majors,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the career planning of medical students under the standardized training system for clinicians,and puts forward different career planning paths,focusing on the analysis of nine main career paths of the three categories of medical students.On this basis,combined with career planning theories,the reform of medical and educational collaboration,standardized training system for clinicians,the"two equal treatments"policies and others,the countermeasures and suggestions for the career planning of medical students are put for-ward.
