将劳动教育融入高职电子商务专业人才培养的实践探索——以徐州生物工程职业技术学院为例

摘要
职业教育是一种让受教育者获得某种职业或生产劳动所需要的职业知识、技能和职业道德的教育.现实情况确实一部分职业院校毕业生不具有从事专业相关职业的劳动能力和劳动精神.在中国经济活动电子商务不断加深的背景下,随着社会对电子商务专业人才的需求不断增大,如何培养出电子商务专业高质量技术技能型人才,将劳动教育有机融入专业教育教学过程乃是可行之道,也是当前热点研究内容之一.文章基于高职院校电子商务专业人才培养实际,以高职院校电子商务专业人才培养过程中劳动教育融入不够的问题为出发点,通过徐州生物工程职业技术学院"1+7"专业特色劳动教育案例实施过程,为高职院校结合专业特色探索劳动教育新模式提供一种新思路.
Abstract
Vocational education is a kind of education that allows the educated to acquire the professional knowl-edge,skills and professional ethics required for a certain occupation or productive labor.The reality is that some graduates from vocational colleges do not have the working ability and working spirit to engage in specialty-related occupations.In the context of the continuous deepening of e-commerce in China's economic activities,as the society's demand for e-commerce professionals continues to increase,to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents in e-commerce,it is a feasible way to organically integrate labor education into the process of pro-fessional education and teaching,and it is also one of the current hot research topics.Based on the actual training of e-commerce professionals in higher vocational colleges,starting from the problem of insufficient integration of labor education in the training process of e-commerce professionals in higher vocational colleges,and through the implementation process of the"1+7"specialty-featured labor education case of Xuzhou Vocational College of Bioengineering,it is aimed to provide a new idea for higher vocational colleges to explore new models of labor edu-cation based on specialty characteristics.
