浅析校地合作背景下高职院校应用型实践基地建设现状及对策

摘要
随着经济社会发展和产业结构升级,社会对高素质技术技能人才的需求日益增长.作为人才培养的重要阵地,高职院校正面临着教育模式和教学内容创新的挑战.校地合作作为一种新型的教育合作模式,为高职院校提供了一个与地方产业紧密结合、共同培养应用型技术人才的平台.该文旨在浅析校地合作背景下高职院校应用型实践基地建设的现状、价值及其面临的挑战,并在此基础上提出具体的对策建议,以期促进高职院校教育质量的提升和区域经济社会的发展.
Abstract
With economic and social development and industrial structure upgrading,the demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents is growing day by day.As an important position for talent cultivation,higher vocational colleges are facing the challenge of innovation in education models and teaching content.As a new model of cooperation in education,school-local cooperation provides a platform for higher vocational colleges to closely integrate with local industries and jointly cultivate applied technical talents with them.This paper aims to briefly analyze the current situation,value and challenges of the construction of application-oriented practice bases in higher vocational colleges under the background of school-local cooperation,and on this basis puts for-ward specific countermeasures and suggestions,in order to promote the improvement of the education quality of higher vocational colleges,as well as regional economic and social development.
