探析广西高职院校"产""教"新形势及"融合"路径

摘要
党的二十大报告提出"推进职普融通、产教融合、科教融汇,优化职业教育类型定位"的职业教育发展战略,也正是广西构建少数民族地区职业教育体系目标的一个新契机、新起点.该文通过分析广西高职院校发展的现实背景及时代意义,剖析当前高职院校产教融合存在的问题和现状,结合专家引领团队师资不足,校企合作方式单一、协同育人机制不全,专业设置与社会需求相对滞后等问题,提出遵循"协同育人"的基本理念,创新合作方式、探究校企"共赢",深化三教改革、追求"全过程"融合三个路径探究广西高职院校职业教育的融合新路径.
Abstract
The development strategy for vocational education put forward by the report of the 20th National Con-gress of the Communist Party of China to"promote the integration of secondary vocational education and ordinary secondary education,the integration of industry and education,the integration of science and education,and opti-mize the type orientation of vocational education"is also a new opportunity and a new starting point for Guangxi to build a vocational education system in ethnic areas.By analyzing the realistic background and contemporary significance of the development of higher vocational colleges in Guangxi,this paper analyzes the existing prob-lems and current situation of the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges.Combined with the shortage of teachers in expert-led teams,the single method of school-enterprise cooperation,the incom-plete collaborative education mechanism,and the outdated arrangement of majors that cannot meet social needs,it proposes three ways to explore the new path of industry-education integration for vocational education in higher vocational colleges in Guangxi,including following the basic concept of collaborative education and innovating co-operation methods to explore"win-win"between schools and enterprises,deepening the reform of teachers,text-books and teaching methods,and pursuing whole-process integration.
