Research on the Development of Higher Vocational Education in Ya'an City

摘要
高等职业教育是国民教育体系的重要组成部分,目前我国正处在经济转型和产业升级的关键时期,国家对高素质人才的需求不断增加,发展职业教育是增强我国综合实力和国际竞争力的重要保障,也是调整我国人才结构、实施科教兴国战略和人才强国战略的重要途径.目前,国家对职业教育的重视程度日益提升,高等职业教育发展正处于重要的机遇期,国内高职教育的发展速度较快,而相关的理论研究却进展缓慢,两者之间的矛盾日益尖锐.该文通过分析雅安市高等职业教育发展现状,找出高等职业教育发展中存在的主要问题,最后从雅安市的实际情况出发,提出了加快发展高等职业教育的具体对策,希望对雅安市高等职业教育的可持续发展有所帮助.
Abstract
Higher vocational education is an important part of the national education system.Currently,our coun-try is in a critical period of economic transformation and industrial upgrading.The country's demand for high-quality talents is increasing.The development of vocational education is an important guarantee for enhancing our country's comprehensive strength and international competitiveness,and is also an important way to adjust our country's talent structure and implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country through talent.At present,the country is paying more attention to vo-cational education,and the development of higher vocational education is in an important period of opportunity.Domestic higher vocational education is developing rapidly,but related theoretical research is progressing slowly,and the contradiction between the two is becoming increasingly acute.This paper analyzes the current develop-ment status of higher vocational education in Ya'an City,identifies the main problems existing in the develop-ment of higher vocational education,and finally proposes specific countermeasures to accelerate the development of higher vocational education based on the actual situation in Ya'an City.It is hoped that it will be helpful to the sustainable development of higher vocational education in Ya'an City.
