中职机电技术应用专业"名师引领、队组协同、评价赋能"教学创新团队的建设与实践

摘要
聚焦山东省高水平中职学校和特色化专业建设背景下教学创新团队建设,以服务专业发展为导向,以提升人才培养质量为根本,以打造"德技双馨、梯队优良、能力卓越"的高水平结构化教学团队为目标,提出了中职机电技术应用专业"名师引领、队组协同、评价赋能"教学创新团队建设模式,为推动教师教学创新团队建设提供了理论框架,在一定程度上丰富了职业教育教师教学创新团队的理论研究,为教师团队建设提供了借鉴.
Abstract
Focusing on the construction of teaching innovation teams in the context of high-level secondary voca-tional schools and specialized majors in Shandong Province,the model of constructing a teaching innovation team"led by famous teachers,based on team-organization collaboration,and empowered by evaluation"for the electro-mechanical technology application major of secondary vocational schools is proposed,oriented by serving the de-velopment of the major and based on improving the quality of talent training.It has provided a theoretical frame-work for promoting the construction of teachers'teaching innovation teams,and to a certain extent,it has en-riched the theoretical research on the teaching innovation team of vocational education teachers,and provided ref-erence for teacher team construction.
