摘要
结合党的二十大报告中关于科教兴国战略、人才强国战略、创新驱动发展战略的重要论述,深刻领会天津市科教兴市人才强市行动承载的时代重任.提出天津市深入推进科教兴市人才强市行动的路径:发挥高教资源优势,积极推进科教融汇及产教融合;加快实现高水平科技自立自强,推动高质量发展;重视交叉学科发展,赋能复合型创新人才培育;建设高质量教育体系,培养造就大批德才兼备的高技能人才.
Abstract
In combination with the important discussions in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Com-munist Party of China on the strategies of reinvigorating the country through science and technology,education and talent,and the strategy of innovation-driven development,it is necessary to deeply understand the important tasks shouldered by Tianjin's move of reinvigorating the city through science and technology,education and tal-ent.The path for Tianjin to further promote the strategy of reinvigorating the city through science and technology,education and talent is proposed:leveraging the potential of higher education resources and actively promoting the integration of science and education and the integration of industry education;accelerating the realization of high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and promoting high-quality development;attaching importance to the development of interdisciplinary disciplines and enabling the cultivation of interdisciplinary innovative tal-ents;building a high-quality education system and cultivating a large number of highly skilled talents with both moral integrity and ability.
