摘要
高校青年教师教学技能竞赛作为竞赛性质的、部分优秀教师参加的"点",如何联动广大青年教师教学能力全面提升这个"面"具有研究价值.该文分析教学技能竞赛对教学能力提升的推动机制,以及教学能力提升对教学竞赛的拉动机制,介绍了北京工业大学教学技能竞赛联动教师教学能力全面提升的具体做法与成效.
Abstract
The teaching skills competition for young teachers in universities,which acts as a competitive"point"for some excellent teachers to participate in,how to link its effect on the comprehensive improvement of the teach-ing ability of young teachers,is of research significance.The paper analyzes the driving mechanism of teaching skills competition on teaching ability improvement,as well as the driving mechanism of teaching ability improve-ment on teaching competition.Then,the specific measures and results of the comprehensive improvement of the teaching ability of teachers through the linkage of the teaching skills competition at Beijing University of Technol-ogy were introduced.
