科研院所与高校联合培养研究生新模式下学生管理工作的分析与对策研究

摘要
科研院所与高校联合培养研究生能充分发挥双方优势资源,有效提高研究生培养质量,实现科教融合、协作创新.在分析传统联合培养模式存在问题的基础上,根据中国科学院大学某京外学院联合培养研究生培养模式的探索和实践,总结此种新模式具有的优势特点.学生管理作为培养过程中重要的一环,单独分析研究本就较少,在新模式下则面临更为严峻的考验.该文提出了加强学生管理工作的对策与建议,以期为科研院所与高校联合培养研究生在学生管理工作方面提供参考.
Abstract
The joint training of graduate students by scientific research institutes and universities can fully utilize the advantages and resources of both parties,effectively improve the quality of graduate training,and achieve the integration of science and education,collaborative innovation.Based on the analysis of the existing problems of the traditional joint training model,this paper summarizes the advantages and characteristics of this new model ac-cording to the exploration and practice of the joint training model of graduate students in one College of Chinese Academy of Sciences.Student management is an important part of the training process.However,there are few in-dividual analyses and studies,and it faces more severe challenges under the new model.This article proposes countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen student management work,in order to provide reference for joint training of graduate students by research institutes and universities in student management work.
