摘要
在数字乡村战略背景下,农民的数字素养已得到广泛提升,但总体来看,城乡数字网络基础设施存在较大建设差异.农村"人口红利"逐渐减少,导致其自身发展不够充分;多元主体参与度相对较低,导致农民数字素养提升仍有很大空间.该文结合云南、浙江、新疆、湖南、广东在农民数字素养建设上的有益经验,提出提升农民数字素养的具体策略,基于筑牢数字基础、加大人力资源支持力度、激活主体活力三个维度,分析提升农民数字素养的具体措施,以供参考.
Abstract
Based on the strategic background of digital villages,farmers'digital competency has been widely im-proved.However,in general,there are large differences in the construction of urban and rural digital network in-frastructure.The gradual reduction of the rural population dividend has led to insufficient development of rural ar-eas,and the participation of multiple subjects is relatively low,resulting in a lot of room for improvement in farm-ers'digital competency.Combining the useful experience of Yunnan,Zhejiang,Xinjiang,Hu'nan,and Guang-dong in the construction of farmers'digital competency,this paper,for reference,proposes specific strategies for improving farmers'digital competency,and analyzes specific measures to improve farmers'digital competency based on the three dimensions of building a solid digital foundation,increasing human resources support,and acti-vating the vitality of subjects.
