摘要

OBE理念是将学生的学习成果作为教学设计和实施的目标.该文针对服务器架设技术课程教学中存在的教学目标与企业不匹配、教学理念滞后、课程考核评价不全面等问题,提出课程设计以"产业逻辑"的工作过程系统化为主线,以岗位能力培养为导向,重构课程内容,利用合作企业项目资源、企业工程人才等资源优化教学资源及师资队伍,构建以学生为中心的教学模式,构建完善的课程质量监控体系来持续改进教学质量等措施.通过课程教学改革提升学生服务器运维实践应用能力,实现企业服务器架设、运维技术问题的岗位能力突破,为课程教学薄弱环节做了有效改革和创新.

Abstract

The OBE concept is to take students'learning outcomes as the goal of teaching design and implemen-tation.In view of the problems existing in the teaching of the Server Erection Technology course,such as the mis-match between teaching objectives and enterprises,lagging teaching concepts,and incomplete course assessment and evaluation,this paper proposes that the course design should be based on the systematization of the work pro-cess of"industrial logic"and be guided by job ability training,to reconstruct the course content,optimize teach-ing resources and teaching staff by using the project resources and engineering talents of enterprises,and build a student-centered teaching model and a complete quality monitoring system to continuously improve teaching quality.Through teaching reform,students'practical application ability in server operation and maintenance is improved,and their ability of solving the technical problems of enterprise server erection,and operation and main-tenance is improved,which effectively reforms and innovates the weak links of course teaching.
