公安院校犯罪现场勘查课程实施科教融合培养模式探索与实践——以浙江警察学院为例

摘要
犯罪现场勘查作为公安院校的核心课程,其重要性不言而喻,但面临着犯罪形式多样化的新局面,传统的授课模式已经不能满足新时代公安侦查办案的需要,亟须在教学供给侧端进行改革.该文尝试在犯罪现场勘查课程教学过程中实施科教融合新模式,拟从融合课程思政新元素、打造全时空全要素动态现场勘查新机制、分类培养研究型人才新模式、锤炼具有"教学练战"一体化新型实训,以及将最新科研项目成果应用到教学等角度进行探索,开展新型犯罪现场勘查教学改革,以期为新时代公安民警培养提供一定的理论支撑和参考.
Abstract
As a core course in public security colleges,the importance of Crime Scene Investigation is obvious,but in the new situation of diversified forms of crime,the traditional mode of teaching has gradually failed to sat-isfy the needs of the new era of public security investigation and handling of cases,and there is an urgent need for reform in the supply side of teaching.This paper attempts to implement a new mode of integration of science and education in the teaching process of Crime Scene Investigation.It intends to explore from the perspectives of inte-grating new elements of ideological and political education,creating a new mechanism for dynamic on-site investi-gation in all time and space,adopting the new model of cultivating research-oriented talents in a classified man-ner,and tempering a new type of practical training integrating teaching,learning,training and combat,as well as applying the latest results of scientific research projects to teaching,so as to carry out a new teaching reform of Crime Scene Investigation,with a view to providing certain theoretical support and reference for the training of public security police in the new era.
