The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made major arrangements for the imple-mentation of the innovation-driven development strategy.Innovation has become the core driving force for eco-nomic and social development,and science and technology have become the primary productive force.The re-search and development investment of colleges and universities has continued to increase,and scientific and tech-nological achievements have continued to emerge.The transformation of their achievements has also received un-precedented attention,but the problems of difficulty in transforming scientific and technological achievements and low transformation rates still exist.As the"first kilometer"of the transformation of scientific and technologi-cal achievements,the proof of concept of research institutes of colleges and universities naturally needs to form value co-creation with multi-party interaction and integration of multiple resources on the carrier of new research and development institutions.Based on the DART model of value co-creation theory,this paper summarizes the practice and exploration conducted by research institutes of colleges and universities in terms of the proof of con-cept in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements on the platform of new research and devel-opment institutions.
