Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the Party and the State have insisted on taking the quality con-struction of the teaching staff as the basic work,attaching great importance to the construction of teachers'profes-sional ethics,and emphasizing that the first standard for evaluating the quality of the teaching staff is teachers'professional ethics.Professional ethics education for teachers is the education of educators,an important way to cultivate high-quality teachers,and an important foundation for building a high-quality education system.This paper introduces the implementation institutions directly under the Ministry of Education,content form and col-laborative guarantee mechanism of professional ethics education for teachers in colleges and universities.On the basis of analyzing the problems,it puts forward suggestions for further improving the professional ethics education for teachers.
