摘要

小学教育专业教师教学团队建设对于优化基础教育人才培养具有举足轻重的作用.但纵观当前,教学团队建设在思想意识、过程管理、"三教"改革、教师协作与小学联系等方面存在不足.对此,笔者提出以下策略:改变观念,增强团队凝聚力;对接岗位,深化教材教法改革;分层培养,优化教师考核评价;校校合作,加强教育服务输出.

Abstract

The teaching team construction for the primary education major plays an important role in optimizing the training of primary education talents.But at present,there are some deficiencies in the construction of teach-ing team in the aspects of ideology,process management,"reform of teachers,textbooks,and teaching methods",teacher cooperation,and contact with primary schools.In this regard,the author puts forward the following strate-gies:to change the concept and enhance team cohesion;to connect primary posts and deepen the reform of teach-ing materials and teaching methods;to train teachers in different levels and optimize the assessment of teachers;to cooperate with primary schools and strengthen the output of educational services.
