From a multimodal perspective,combined with the characteristics of continuous evaluation,the evalua-tion system of post-service development of primary school general teachers is constructed through continuous evaluation.At present,there are four major problems in the evaluation model of general teachers:the evaluation subject is too single;the evaluation content emphasizes effectiveness;the evaluation method tends to be summa-tive evaluation;and the evaluation standard is arbitrary.Based on this,the evaluation system of post-service de-velopment of primary school general teachers should start from the following aspects:diversification of evaluation subjects;multidimensionality of evaluation content;standardization of evaluation standards;diversification of evaluation methods;and application of evaluation results.
