With the arrival of the age of insurance science and technology,the demand of insurance enterprises for talents has also undergone great changes.In addition to the need to be familiar with the basic principles of in-surance business,computer technology,data analysis capabilities and a high degree of professional ethics and cul-tivation has gradually become the direction of the demand for talents in insurance enterprises.This paper re-searches and analyzes from the perspective of the demand for talents in insurance enterprises,aiming to put for-ward a powerful strategy for the improvement and development of vocational education of insurance majors in col-leges and universities in Jilin Province.
