Research on the"Three Entrances and Four Mergers"Cultivation Model of Applied English Talents in Vocational and Technical Normal Universities:Taking Tianjin University of Technology and Education as an Example
In the new area,English talents in vocational and technical normal universities shoulder the responsi-bilities of telling China's vocational education story well in building up a true,multi-dimensional,and panoramic view of China to the world,and face the tasks of enhancing English teaching level in vocational education and up-grading the professional qualities.Therefore,transforming cultivation model of applied English talents in voca-tional and technical normal university is urgently needed through combining value guidance and major construc-tion.From the three perspectives,namely,transforming teaching mode,initiating evaluation mechanism and fos-tering teaching team,the"Three Entrances and Four Mergers"cultivation model of applied English talents is de-veloped to explore new path for practicing morality cultivation for applied English talents in vocational and techni-cal normal universities.
