摘要

"岗课赛证"综合育人立足于我国加快构建现代化产业体系的历史背景,是新时代高职院校改革创新人才培养模式、彰显职业教育类型教育特色的生动实践,是推动职业教育高质量发展的重要举措.该文分析了高职院校"岗课赛证"综合育人实施现状,厘清了高职院校"岗课赛证"综合育人四要素之间的逻辑关系,聚焦增强职业教育适应性,提出了综合育人视域下高职院校"岗课赛证"融通培养模式的构建路径,为推进高职院校高素质技术技能型人才培养模式创新提供新的探索方向.

Abstract

The"job-course-competition-certificate"comprehensive education model in higher vocational col-leges is a vivid practice of highlighting the characteristics of vocational education and innovating talent cultivation models in the new era.It is also an important measure to promote the high-quality development of vocational edu-cation.This article analyzes the current implementation status of the"job-course-competition-certificate"com-prehensive education in higher vocational colleges,clarifies the logical relationship among the four elements of"job,course,competition,certificate",focuses on enhancing the adaptability of vocational education,and pro-poses a construction path for the integrated cultivation model of"job-course-competition-certificate"in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of comprehensive education,providing reference for promoting the inno-vation of high-quality technical and skill-based talent cultivation models in higher vocational colleges.
