摘要

为解决现场工程师人才短缺的问题,教育部、工业和信息化部等5部门联合印发通知,启动实施职业教育现场工程师专项培养计划.文章以该计划为背景,从技术产业化的角度出发,探讨现场工程师在技术产业化链条中的角色定位,以及现场工程师与其他类型工程师和技术技能型人才在能力素质结构上的区别.在此基础上,该文提出了高职院校现场工程师人才的培养路径,包括构建产科教一体化"双师"结构团队、校企联合开展现代学徒制培养等,旨在为高职院校现场工程师人才培养提供有益的参考.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of shortage of field engineers,five departments including the Ministry of Education,and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued a notice to launch the"Special Training Program for Vocational Education Field Engineers".Based on this program,this article discusses the role of field engineers in the technology industrialization chain from the perspective of technology industrializa-tion,as well as the differences in ability and quality structure between field engineers and other types of engineers and technical skilled talents.On this basis,this article proposes the training path for field engineers in higher vo-cational colleges,including building a dual-teacher structure team for integration of teaching and learning,and jointly carrying out modern apprenticeship training between schools and enterprises.This article aims to provide a useful reference for the training of field engineers in higher vocational colleges.
