摘要

以459名大学生为被试,采用问卷调查法,探讨大学生未来取向、专业适应性和学习投入之间的关系.结果表明:大学生未来取向、专业适应性、学习投入整体处于中等水平;未来取向、专业适应性和学习投入在年级和专业上都存在显著差异,并且未来取向和专业适应性个别维度在性别上存在显著差异;积极专业适应性、未来意志和未来认知能够有效正向预测学习投入,而消极专业适应性能够有效负向预测学习投入.

Abstract

Taking 459 college students as subjects,the questionnaire survey method was used to explore the rela-tionship between college students'future orientation,professional adaptability and learning engagement.The re-sults show that college students'future orientation,professional adaptability and learning engagement are at a me-dium level overall;there are significant differences in grade and major in future orientation,professional adapt-ability,and learning engagement,and the individual dimensions of future orientation and professional adaptability differ by gender significantly;positive professional adaptability,future will and future cognition can effectively and positively predict learning engagement,while negative professional adaptability can effectively and negatively predict learning engagement.
