高校学生资助投入与产业发展的灰色关联分析——基于中国学生资助统计数据的实证研究

摘要
高校学生资助政策体系包含多种资助方式,受资助学生群体作为重要人才资源,至少获得过一种资助方式,且不同的资助方式会对受资助学生未来职业发展产生差异性影响,最终反映在产业发展上.该研究从高校不同资助方式投入角度出发,运用灰色关联法测算资助人数规模指标、资助金额规模指标与三次产业发展的关联度.研究发现:国家助学贷款人次和金额是影响产业发展的优势因素;勤工助学人次和金额与产业发展的关联度最差;助学金资助人次和金额、奖学金奖励金额对产业发展影响较大;基层就业学费补偿国家助学贷款代偿人次和金额、大学新生入学资助人次和金额并非影响产业发展的优势因素.
Abstract
The policy of financial aid for college students includes multiple methods of financial aid.Financially aided students,as an important talent resource,enjoy one or more methods of financial aid.Different methods of fi-nancial aid have different impacts on the future career development of the students,which are ultimately reflected in industrial development.From the perspective of different methods of financial aid in colleges and universities,this paper uses the gray correlation method to calculate the correlation between the scale of the number of finan-cially aided students,the scale of the amount of funds,and the three industrial development.The research finds that the number and amount of national student loans are advantageous factors affecting industrial development;the correlation between the number and amount of work-study and industrial development is the worst;the num-ber and amount of student grants and scholarship awards have a significant impact on industrial development;the impact of the number and amount of compensation for tuition fees for grassroots employment and compensation for national student loans,and the number and amount of college freshmen enrollment subsidies on industrial devel-opment is not an advantageous factor.
