新就业形态下大学生核心就业能力评估及提升对策
Evaluation and Promotion of Core Employability of College Students under New Employment Pattern

摘要
随着数字经济的发展,出现了以去雇主化和就业渠道多样化为特点的新就业形态,这对大学生的就业能力提出了新的要求.该文通过问卷调查分析,建立以"创新力""学习力""实践力"为核心的新就业形态从业能力评估指标体系.研究发现,当代大学生存在创新能力不足、跨学科自主学习能力欠缺和动手实践能力有待提高等诸多问题.高校应协同社会各方,从转变就业观念、重构课程体系和改革人才培育机制等方面提升大学生适应新就业形态的从业能力.
Abstract
With the development of digital economy,a new employment pattern characterized by de-employerization and diversification of employment channels has emerged,which puts forward different require-ments on the employability of college students.Through the analysis of questionnaire survey,the evaluation index system of new employment ability is established with"innovation ability","learning ability"and"practice abil-ity"as the core.It is found that there are many problems in contemporary college students,such as lack of innova-tion ability,lack of interdisciplinary autonomous learning ability and need to improve practical ability.Colleges and universities should cooperate with all parties in society to improve the ability of college students to adapt to the new employment pattern from many aspects,such as changing the employment concept,restructuring the cur-riculum system and reforming the talent cultivation mechanism.
