积极心理学视角下广东高校本科毕业生慢就业现状及对策研究
Analysis on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Slow Employment of College Graduates in Guangdong from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

摘要
国家高度重视每年的高校毕业生就业工作,广东作为改革开放的"排头兵",以"制造业当家"提供了大量的就业岗位.然而受三年新冠疫情的严重冲击以及国内外经济社会发展环境的影响,在高校毕业生中"慢就业"现象越来越明显.该文从积极心理学的角度切入,分析当前大学生慢就业的成因,并在个人、高校、国家与社会层面提出改善大学生慢就业现状的对策和建议.
Abstract
The State attaches great importance to the employment of college graduates every year,and Guang-dong,as the"pioneer"of reform and opening-up,has provided a large number of jobs with the"head of the manu-facturing industry".However,with the serious impact of the 3-year epidemic and the impact of economic and so-cial development at home and abroad,the phenomenon of"slow employment"is becoming more and more obvious among college graduates.From the perspective of positive psychology,this paper analyzes the causes of"slow em-ployment"of college students,and proposes countermeasures and recommendations to improve the current situa-tion of college students'"slow employment"in terms of the individual,the university,and the State and society.
