摘要

在我国建设教育强国的时代背景下,建设一批高质量的乡村教师队伍,是解决乡村教育难点、痛点的关键所在.小学全科师范生作为乡村教师队伍的重要补充渠道,提升其从教准备度尤为重要.通过调研发现,当前小学全科师范生的从教准备度亟待提升.提升其从教准备度不仅合乎其师生发展的目标逻辑,更合乎乡村教育发展的价值逻辑乃至国家政策逻辑.因此,可通过职前培养学校赋能、小学全科师范生自主自觉两方面提升从教准备度.

Abstract

In the context of building a leading country in education,building a group of high-quality rural teach-ers is the key to solving the difficulties of rural education.As an important supplementary channel for the rural teacher team,it is particularly important to improve the teaching readiness of education majors for general educa-tion of primary schools.Through research,it is found that the current teaching readiness of education majors for general education of primary schools needs to be improved.Improving their teaching readiness is not only in line with the goal logic of their development as education majors,but also in line with the value logic of rural educa-tion development and even the national policy logic.Therefore,the teaching readiness of education majors for gen-eral education of primary schools can be improved through pre-service training by schools and their own autono-mous and conscious efforts.
