摘要
大学生职业生涯规划课程是高校为了帮助学生明确职业目标、提高就业竞争力而开设的课程.文章首先分析了大学生职业生涯规划课程的现状和存在的课程设置不够合理、教学内容和方法陈旧、缺乏实践环节、师资力量不足、学生参与度低等问题.其次有针对性地提出课程教学改革措施和建议,从课程设置、教学内容和方法、实践环节、师资力量、学生参与度、课程思政融入、持续改进七个方面详细阐述了改革措施.最后分析了教改措施实施成效.希望研究结果能够为高校大学生职业生涯规划课程的教学改革提供一些有益的思路和方法,提高学生的职业规划能力和就业竞争力,为学生未来的职业生涯打下坚实的基础.
Abstract
The career planning course for college students is a course offered by colleges and universities to help students clarify their career goals and improve their competitiveness in employment.Firstly,this article analyzes the current situation of the course for college students and the existing problems such as unreasonable curriculum design,outdated teaching content and methods,lack of practical experience,insufficient teaching staff,and low student participation.Then,targeted measures and suggestions for curriculum and teaching reform are proposed,elaborating in detail on seven aspects:curriculum design,teaching content and methods,practical aspects,teach-ing staff,student participation,integration of ideological and political education into the course,and continuous improvement.Finally,the implementation effectiveness of educational reform measures is analyzed.It is hoped that the research results provide some beneficial ideas and methods for the teaching reform of the career planning course for college students,improve their career planning ability and employment competitiveness,and lay a solid foundation for their future career.
