产教融合:新文科时代的外语学科跨境电商人才育人模式

摘要
在我国跨境电商产业高速发展的当下,探索外语学科与跨境电商相结合的跨学科办学新思路,是高校外语类专业顺应新文科建设要求的一条有效途径.跨境电商人才作为应用型人才,需要切实深化产教融合,加强人才培养与社会需求的紧密对接.通过校企共探育人机制、共建实践教学体系、共建双导师团队、共培职业能力、共搭就业平台等措施,高校外语类专业与跨境电商企业双方真正成为休戚与共的利益共同体,为电商产业培养语言硬、行业熟、素养高的跨境电商人才.
Abstract
At a time when China's cross-border e-commerce industry is developing rapidly,exploring new inter-disciplinary ideas that combine foreign language disciplines with cross-border e-commerce is an effective way for foreign language majors in colleges and universities to adapt to the requirements of the new liberal arts construc-tion.Cross-border e-commerce talents are application-oriented talents,and it is necessary to deepen the integra-tion of industry and education and strengthen the close connection between talent training and social needs.Through measures such as jointly exploring the education mechanism between schools and enterprises,jointly building a practical teaching system,jointly building a dual-tutor team,jointly cultivating professional abilities,and jointly building an employment platform,foreign language majors in colleges and universities and cross-border e-commerce companies have truly become a community of interests that share weal and woe,and cultivate cross-border e-commerce talents with high language proficiency,familiarity with the industry,and high quality for the e-commerce industry.
