高职院校教师分类评价考核机制改革与实践——基于安徽省高职院校的调研

摘要
教师是第一资源,当前现代职业教育体系建设改革进入深水区,职业教育教师评价也进入深水区,有必要对其进行研究和探索.该文以安徽省74所职业院校为样本,深入分析了教师人才评价改革的现状,查找问题,分析原因,提出建议,对职业教育教师分类评价机制改革有借鉴意义.
Abstract
Teachers are the first resource,while the current construction and reform of contemporary vocational education system is marching through the deep-water zone,so the evaluation of teachers in vocational has also en-tered the deep-water zone,which makes it necessary to carry out research and exploration.Taking 74 vocational colleges in Anhui Province as a sample,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of the reform of teacher evaluation,finds out the problems,analyzes the reasons,and puts forward suggestions,which is of reference sig-nificance for the reform of the classified evaluation mechanism for teachers in vocational education.
