摘要
随着我国经济社会的迅猛发展,技能型人才已然成为产业转型升级的关键要素,我国的职业教育无论是从质量上还是从数量上都得到了长足的发展."双师型"教师队伍作为培养高素质技能型人才、确保职业教育高质量发展的主力军,越来越受到国家的高度重视.如何激发这支队伍的积极性、主动性和创造性,建立健全职业院校"双师型"教师队伍激励机制,已成为推动我国职业教育内涵式发展的热门课题.该文基于马斯洛需求层次理论,通过对我国职业教育中"双师型"教师队伍实际工作现状与建立健全"双师型"教师队伍激励机制的必要性进行分析,提出完善职业院校"双师型"教师队伍激励机制的建议.
Abstract
With the rapid development of economy and society in China,skilled talents have become a key factor in industrial transformation and upgrading,and China's vocational education has also made great progress in both quality and quantity.As the main force for cultivating high-quality skilled talents and ensuring the high-quality development of vocational education,the"double-qualified"teaching team has received more and more attention from the State.How to stimulate the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of this team and establish a sound incen-tive mechanism for the"double-qualified"teaching team in vocational colleges has become a hot topic to promote the connotation-oriented development of China's vocational education.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,this paper analyzes the actual working status of the"double-qualified"teaching team in China's voca-tional education and the necessity of establishing and improving the incentive mechanism for the"double-qualified"teaching team,and puts forward suggestions for improving the incentive mechanism for the"double-qualified"teaching team in vocational colleges.
