"双创"视域下高职艺术设计人才培养与就业匹配性研究
Research on the Training of Art Design Talents and Employment Compatibility in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

摘要
我国高等职业院校的艺术设计专业开设时间较短,部分高职院校在人才培养模式上出现了与普通本科高校相应专业同质化的问题,既无特色,又无竞争力,导致毕业生就业率较低.新时代我国文化事业的发展需要大量艺术设计应用型人才,高职院校需要积极开展教学改革,探索"双创"艺术设计人才培养体系的建设路径,提高学生的就业匹配性.基于此,该文针对"双创"视域下高职艺术设计人才培养与就业匹配性展开研究,提出了几点意见,以供参考.
Abstract
The higher vocational art design major started late in China.Some higher vocational colleges have the problem of homogeneity with the corresponding majors in ordinary universities in terms of talent training mode,which is neither distinctive nor competitive,resulting in a low employment rate of graduates.In the new era,the development of China's cultural undertakings requires a large number of applied art design talents.Higher voca-tional colleges need to actively make teaching reforms,explore the construction path of training system for art de-sign talents based on innovation and entrepreneurship,and improve the employment compatibility of students.Based on this,this paper studies the training and employment compatibility of art design talents in higher voca-tional colleges from the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship,and puts forward several opinions for ref-erence.
