摘要
"双减"政策的落实离不开高效的课堂教学,高效的课堂教学离不开教师的辛勤耕耘.在"双减"背景下的课堂教学中,教师要树立起"素养课堂理念",协调好"减"与"增"、"育分"与"育人"间的关系,把握好"学生""训练""课堂"三个主体,实现好"教师角色""学习理念""教学方式""教学效果"四大转变.
Abstract
The implementation of the"double reduction"policy is inseparable from efficient classroom teaching,and efficient classroom teaching is inseparable from the hard work of teachers.In the classroom teaching under the background of"double reduction",teachers should set up"quality classroom concept",coordinate the rela-tionship between"reduction"and"increase"and between"score"and"education",grasp the three subjects of"students","training"and"classroom",and realize the four major changes of"the teacher's role","learning con-cept","teaching method"and"teaching effect".
