摘要
传统的教学理念、教学管理和教学方式不能有效满足创新型人才培养的需求,大学创新教学成为建设一流本科教育的必由之路.基于H省内部分高校本科创新教学存在的问题,以新制度主义作为分析框架,从规制性、规范性和文化—认知性要素出发,归纳总结出本科创新教学制度供给不够、教学制度依赖下的惯性阻碍、高校教学学术文化缺失等影响创新教学成效的障碍,有针对性地提出推进有组织模式培养、重构评价制度、厚植创新校园文化、深入实施数字化战略的建议.
Abstract
Traditional teaching concepts,management,and methods cannot effectively meet the needs of cultivat-ing innovative talents.Innovative teaching in universities has become the only way to build first-class undergradu-ate education.Based on the present situation of innovative undergraduate teaching in some universities in H prov-ince,using new institutionalism as the analytical framework,starting from regulatory,normative,and cultural cog-nitive elements,this paper summarizes the reasons that affect the effectiveness of innovative teaching,such as in-sufficient supply of undergraduate innovative teaching systems,inertia obstacles under the dependence of teach-ing systems,and the lack of academic culture in university teaching.Targeted suggestions are proposed to pro-mote the cultivation of organized models,restructure evaluation systems,cultivate innovative campus culture,and deeply implement digital strategies.
