摘要
高校具有独特的组织文化特征,研究高校组织文化有助于我们理解高等教育中纷繁复杂的现象.高校学科竞赛组织文化是高校组织文化的重要组成部分,文章通过阐述高校组织文化的特征和功能,探讨高校学科竞赛组织文化的"四层发力".高校学科竞赛组织文化对提高高等教育质量、提高竞赛核心竞争力与营造良好的竞赛氛围有重要意义.
Abstract
Universities have unique organizational culture characteristics,and studying university organizational culture helps us understand the complex phenomena in higher education.The organizational culture of university discipline competitions is an important component of university organizational culture.This article explores the four layers of organizational culture in university discipline competitions by elaborating on the characteristics and functions of university organizational culture.The organizational culture of discipline competitions in universities is of great significance in improving the quality of higher education,enhancing the core competitiveness of compe-titions,and creating a good competition atmosphere.
