摘要
实施就业优先战略是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想的重要内容.习近平关于就业优先战略的重要论述以崭新的思想和内容丰富发展了马克思主义就业理论,形成了关于就业优先战略的科学理论体系,具有深厚的唯物史观和唯物辩证法意蕴.稳就业作为民生工作首要任务充分体现了群众史观关于人民主体性的价值取向;防范规模性失业风险作为重点任务充分体现了客观规律性与主观能动性辩证统一的哲学自觉;抓就业工作重点群体和关键环节充分体现了"两点论"和"重点论"统一的辩证方法;发展作为就业优先战略的根本途径充分体现了生产力和生产关系辩证统一的科学原理.
Abstract
Implementing the employment-first strategy is an important part of Xi Jinping thought on socialist economy with Chinese characteristics for a new era.Xi Jinping's important expositions on the employment-first strategy have enriched and developed Marxist employment theory with new ideas and content,and formed a scien-tific theoretical system on the employment-first strategy,which has profound implications of historical material-ism and dialectical materialism.Stabilizing employment as the primary task of people's livelihood work fully re-flects the value orientation of the mass historical view on the subjectivity of the people.Preventing the risk of large-scale unemployment as a key task fully reflects the philosophical consciousness of the dialectical unity of objective regularity and subjective initiative.Grasping the key groups and key links of employment work fully re-flects the dialectical method of the unity of the"two-point theory"and the"key point theory".Development as the fundamental way to the employment-first strategy fully reflects the scientific principle of the dialectical unity of productivity and production relations.
