智慧警务人才数据素养培养现状及提升路径研究——以数据警务技术专业为例

摘要
智慧警务的全面推广和深度应用对数据警务技术创新型人才数据素养的培养提出了较高的要求.警务数据素养即通过数据的采集、管理、建模、分析和应用等流程,提取数据价值并服务于警务工作的能力,以及实现数据和警务工作融合发展的能力.该文以数据警务技术专业本科生为例,分析了当前公安院校本科生数据素养培养要求及培养中存在的不足,提出制定以大数据应用为核心的统一的教学标准、多措并举增加专业学生实践机会、建立以能力为导向的数据素养评价体系等举措,探索满足公安院校本科生数据素养提升的最佳途径.
Abstract
The comprehensive promotion and deep application of smart policing make higher requests for the cul-tivation of data literacy for students majoring in data police technology.Data literacy in policing refers to the abil-ity to extract data value and serve police work through processes such as data collection,management,modeling,analysis,and application,as well as the ability to achieve the integrated development of data and police work.Tak-ing undergraduate students majoring in data police technology as an example,this article analyzes the current re-quirements and shortcomings for the cultivation of data literacy for undergraduate students in police colleges.Through formulating a unified teaching standard centered on big data application,taking multiple measures to in-crease practical opportunities,and establishing a data literacy evaluation system guided by ability,this article ex-plores the best way to meet the data literacy needs of undergraduate students in police colleges.
