摘要
随着国家新能源汽车产业发展规划的出台,传统的汽车人才培养方案亟须变革.因此,为给企业培养更多更好的新能源复合型人才,该文从新能源汽车市场人才需求角度出发,以安徽理工大学车辆工程专业培养方案为例,探索新能源汽车产业背景下的车辆工程专业人才培养方案.
Abstract
With the promulgation of national new energy vehicle industry development plan,it is urgent to carry out corresponding reforms on the basis of the traditional automobile talent training program.Therefore,in order to train more and better new energy compound talents for enterprises,from the perspective of talent demand in the new energy vehicle market,this paper takes the training program of vehicle engineering specialty of Anhui Univer-sity of Science and Technology as an example,and makes a superficial exploration on the development of the training program of vehicle engineering professionals in the context of the new energy vehicle industry.
